These photographs are Christian Villemaire's interpretation of Hull. The Hull that we know is changing. Maybe in a generation it will be forgotten, and perhaps my ten year old son will not be able to distinguish Hull from the merger with Gatineau.

The photographic work is not finished. Villemaire remains curious about the people, places and stories. He hopes these photographs are a document of these region's rich culture.
